Simas Filters A/S was founded in 1984 by Poul Lyng-Madsen. The company has always been based in Grenaa, and in 1999, we moved to our current location at Rugvænget 10.

In 1994, Poul’s son and current CEO, Christian Lyng-Madsen, joined the company, taking full responsibility for Simas Filters in 2004.

At the beginning of 2021, we relocated to a newly built facility with expanded storage capacity at Rugvænget 10. The existing buildings continue to be used for workshop and storage purposes.

In 2023, we expanded our cutting workshop capacity, allowing us to offer laser cutting of various filter materials.

Simas Filters was founded on the core idea of solving all filtration needs. Today, we remain highly motivated to match our filtration solutions with customer requirements.
